For Pete-amus Sake-amus, haven't we got enough real government treachery, liberal treasons and islamic jihad without making up new stuff to worry about?
The internet is flooded with complaints, panic and indignations over the new Missile Defense Agency logo. Some claim it's a version of the Obama logo, while others claim it's a version of the muslim crescent and star.
It's just a frikkin logo. Though it contains the same colors as the Obama logo, it aint nothing like it. The crescent that you're worried about isn't even a crescent.
Please, people, get a grip. We're going to need you to be sane and lucid.

... That to secure these Rights, governments are instituted among Men, deriving their just Powers from the Consent of the Governed, that whenever any Form of Goverment becomes destructive of these Ends, it is the Right of the People to alter or to abolish it, and to institute new Government ...
~~ The Declaration of Independence
TYRANNY HAS AMERICA IN IT'S DESTRUCTIVE GRASP
The United States Senate and House of Representatives are no longer under the control of sane leadership. The two houses of congress are pursuing a policy of authoritarian, illegal legislating, completely ignoring the will of "we the people" and constitutional law.
Politicians in both the legislative and executive branches are purposefully violating the United States Constitution, enacting legislation destructive to Founding Father principles, and arrogantly daring the American people to do anything about it...it's a display of "in your face" attitude of superiority and willful disobedience to the United States Constitution.
Demonstrated bribery the US Senate leadership is pursuing is equaled only by totalitarian regimes America has considered enemies and fought wars against in past decades.
The commitment of billions of tax-payer funds to buy votes from other Senators for their supporting the healthcare bill is despicable at best, illegal on it's face, and cannot stand.
Freedom and liberty sways dangerously in the balance...what additional evidence is needed to rise up and stop the madness in Washington, D.C.?
The Future of Freedom and the 4th Branch
The 4th branch of the federal government is “the people.”
When the other three branches of government fail to keep themselves in check, within the confines of the powers afforded them by the people and the states under the US Constitution, the 4th branch, the people, have the power and the obligation to put them back in check.
The 4th branch is the final wall of defense that stands between a future of freedom and a future of tyranny and slavery. When elected officials fail to keep themselves in check and the Supreme Court fails to step in and uphold the US Constitution as the law of this land, only the people, the 4th branch, can derail the destruction of our free republic.“The republican is the only form of government which is not eternally at open or secret war with the rights of mankind.” ~Thomas Jefferson
What is the mechanism by which the people can assemble and petition their government for redress?
• Are the people limited to only a violent solution?
• Are the people stuck with tyranny until the next election?
• Are the people limited to public protests?
• Are the people limited to letter, fax and email campaigns?
• Are the people limited to signed petitions? The People’s Grand Jury is the Device
To petition the government is to do so within the legal system, to ask a court to step in and rule on the constitutionality of governments actions. I’m not referring to the Citizen Grand Juries being formed outside of the justice system in desperation, although they are constitutionally grounded in those efforts. I’m talking about the court appointed Grand Juries.
Our right of redress must not be limited to violent revolt. More than 60% of American citizens oppose everything going on in Washington DC today. I pray that the courts have the capacity to remedy the situation, before angry citizens decide that there is no peaceful solution.

I'll be in Norfolk Va on December 7. Who is going with me?

Three Navy SEALs, Matthew McCabe, Petty Officer Jonathan Keefe & Petty Officer Julio Huertas all face criminal charges for allegedly punching Ahmed Hashim Abed while he was being detained. (Abed was the ringleader of the Iraqi terrorists that ambushed Blackwater employees, murdered them, dragged their bodies through the streets, burned them and then hung them from a bridge).

On December 7, the three SEALs are set to go before a Judge and plead not guilty. This first court appearance is only the arraignment and the actual trial is set to be sometime in January.
A Protest is being Organized to support the SEALs and send the message that Americans are tired of our military being expected to fight a politically correct war, that we are weary of our troops having to face criminal charges for doing their job.

Norfolk VA rally in support of Navy SEALS
The date is set for December 7, 2009.
The location is Norfolk, Virginia
While Obama and his loathsome administration and congress busy themselves coddling our enemies and extending our constitutional rights to the foreign murderers of Americans, while they dilly around trying to avert attention from the horrific results of political correctness at Fort Hood, while they secretly make plans to turn our troops over to international courts for trumped charges of war crimes - the men and women of the greatest military in history carry on with their duty. They continue to fight, risk and sacrifice life and limb for the preservation of the nation that allows an accidental president to stand by while some of the elite of the elite face criminal charges for carrying out orders and fulfilling duty.
But, but Bubba ... don't you think there's more to the story than what we've learned so far? Maybe. Maybe these three SEALS crossed a line somewhere ...
I
DONT
CARE
Politically correct warfare is successful only in getting the best of America killed. If anything I think these SEALS should get Purple Hearts for any scuffs or abrasions on their fists from punching the crap out of the poor lil terrorist.
Enough is enough - and I have had E-Frikkin-Nough.
I'll be in Norfolk Va on December 7. Who is going with me?
Not Acceptable

Not Acceptable
I think the word 'acceptable' has lost too much meaning over time, especially when used after the word 'not'. It has come to mean 'I dont like it, but I won't do anything about it.'
When the topic of discussion is our so-called government turning our soldiers over to international courts for charges of war crimes based on them having done their jobs, I think I can speak for millions of Americans when I answer the 'government' with "No, you will die first".
» Prosecuting American 'War Crimes'
The International Criminal Court claims jurisdiction over U.S. soldiers in Afghanistan.
Secretary of State Hillary Clinton expressed "great regret" in August that the U.S. is not a signatory to the International Criminal Court (ICC). This has fueled speculation that the Obama administration may reverse another Bush policy and sign up for what could lead to the trial of Americans for war crimes in The Hague.
When I say 'Not Acceptable', I mean it the old fashioned way: this will not be accepted. This will not be tolerated. This will cost you not just your job, but your life.
America! Take seriously this threat to liberty. Right now, as you read this, three Navy SEALs await court martial on charges of assault against a terrorist murderer whom they risked their lives to capture - under orders. Instead of crumbling in tears over the busted lip of a terrorist scum whose meter has expired, we should be awarding the SEALs purple hearts for any abrasions on their fist.
When our military must weigh their duties in combat against the probabilities of war crime charges by European panty wearers, America dies. The decomposition is really going to suck.

Burka Barby

You knew it was coming. And honestly, in dhimmi-minded Englandistan it's way over due.
Sayeth the author:
One of the world's most famous children's toys, Barbie, has been given a makeover - wearing a burkha.
Wearing the traditional Islamic dress, the iconic doll is going undercover for a charity auction in connection with Sotheby's for Save The Children.
More than 500 Barbies went on show yesterday at the Salone dei Cinquecento, in Florence, Italy. The company director of Laird Assessors from The Wirral, Cheshire, said: 'Bring it on Burkha Barbie, I think this is a great idea. I think this is really important for girls, wherever they are from they should have the opportunity to play with a Barbie that they feel represents them.
Well yea, I reckon so.
BUT (here it comes, yaw; last chance to click out) ....
If they're going to do this right, this Barby will have to be a lot more anatomically correct that any of her predecessors. If little muslim girls are to play with dolls that represent them and the world they're growing up in, then Barby's gonna need the sliced-and-diced, mutilated genitalia.
The box is gonna hafta have a warning label to the effect that Barby aint allowed out of the toy box as long as any other dolls are around, and not without being accompanied by her spouse-master Ken doll.
Ken's gonna need some changes too. Start with a hood or mask, then add the suicide belt, the AK47 and a big stick to beat Barby with - just in case she gets sassy. Mizewail toss in a bag of rocks in case ole Ken feels the need to stone her to death.
Oh! and dont forget the forehead callous-bump that comes from bopping their little faces on the floor five times a day.

Read this:
Hasan E-Mail to Radical Imam: 'I Can't Wait to Join You' in the Afterlife
What is the natural, logical, common-sense conclusion that can be made? Allow me to highlite a few keywords and key phrases:
... 18 e-mails were exchanged between Maj. Nidal Malik Hasan and Anwar al-Awlaki, who encouraged Muslims to kill U.S. troops in Iraq, from Dec. 2008 until June of this year.
Other e-mails ... included discussion of when jihad is considered "appropriate," and if it is acceptable for innocent people to die in suicide attacks.
"Hasan told Awlaki he couldn't wait to join him in the discussions they would having over non-alcoholic wine in the afterlife
Investigators have found the Army major donated as much as $30,000 per year to Islamic "charities." American authorities have found several such charities to be conduits to terrorist networks.

One conclusion that should be immediately evident is that this SOB is just as guilty of the murder of soldiers at Ft. Hood as the SOB that pulled the trigger.
The next logical conclusion, at least for me, is that a muslim that's acting like a jihadi, talking like a jihadi, communicating with jihadii ... is probably gonna go jihad. And in a case like this Hasan-hole, if anyone had been doing their job, been vigilant, been able to identify a spade as a spade and not refer to it as a shovel, been in possession of some politically incorrect nads - perhaps only one ex-American soldier would be dead.
But after decades of hard, bitter lessons taught by muslims, we still
just
dont
get it
do we? We are still too worried about offending somebody. We still want to wait until we're absolutely sure, proven positive by some pencil-neck that the duck's a duck before we can do whatever needs to be done with bad ducks.
Sen. Susan Collins, a Republican, questioned whether the government failed to connect dots about Hasan.
"We must better understand why law enforcement, intelligence agencies and our military personnel system may have failed in this case," Collins said.
Susan Collins is not a Republican. She's a despicable RINO and her feet stink. Real Republicans dont have to wonder those things. We know why.
We understand perfectly that law enforcement, intelligence agents and military have political-correctness blindfolds permanantly attached. Their rules and regulations dictate that they do exactly what was necessary to clear the way for Hasan to murder his own.
There is in this city, where I'm typing, a mosque in which imams are preaching the same "kill Americans" hype as the towel-head in the photo above. I know that. I also know that one of the seats in the North Carolina Senate (just 10 minutes from here) is occupied by the head of CAIR - a terrorist supporting islamic organization. But contrary to every instinct attributed to me (as a right-wing extremist) by Obama and his goons, I tolerate.
I ignore the dots - because connecting them will inevitably lead to a decision I'm not ready to make.
That's why Hasan was able to do what he did.
But at least, I'm not trying to find a more harmless patsy to pin my frustrations on, like:
Pentagon said Thursday it will scour its procedures for identifying volatile U.S. military service members hidden in the ranks
"It is prudent to determine immediately whether there are internal weaknesses or procedural shortcomings in the department that could make us vulnerable in the future," Defense Secretary Gates said.
In 1995, as President Bill Clinton's Army Secretary, West ordered a review of the Army's racial climate, including whether there were ties between extremist groups and members of the military. The investigation was prompted by the arrests of two paratroopers in connection with the murders of two black people and concerns that the two men may have had ties to white supremacist groups.
You May Recall ...

You will recall that, shortly before the end of the 2008 political campaign, the White House announced a threat to the entire financial system and called on Congress to enact emergency spending powers. The Emergency Economic Stabilization Act of 2008 was enacted on October 3, 2008.
Just eighteen days earlier an event occurred that slid under the radar screen of virtually the entire mainstream media. On Thursday, September 15, 2008, at approximately 11 A.M., the Federal Reserve noticed a tremendous draw down of money market accounts in the nation, amounting to $550 billion dollars. It occurred within an hour or two. The money was removed electronically.
It has never been made public which accounts were affected, nor where the withdrawn funds were sent. If we knew those facts, we would know who launched an attack on the United States that has been more devastating than any in our history.
A Man-Made Financial Disaster
Had the Federal Reserve not closed down the accounts involved it is estimated that by 2 P.M. $5.5 trillion would have been withdrawn and the entire economy of the nation would have collapsed. It would have been followed within a day with the collapse of the world’s economy.
On February 16, 2009 we ran the following link here on this website:
» Rep. Kanjorski Drops Bomb... US Financial System Was Attacked On September 11th
Since then, what have we heard about this from the MSM? From Obama? From the Dhimmicrat Congress?
Aaar ye holdin' yer breath, lad? Well don't.
There will be no serious inquiries into the event that ended the chances of a Republican victory over Thee Obama, even though it appears that America was attacked - at a very critical political point in time - and our entire financial system targeted for complete failure.
~~ thanks Mike Blankenship, for bringing it up ~~

Conservative Pretenders, I Denounce You
By Bubba on Nov 11, 2009 | In mOONbATs iZ sToOpiD, Cults, RINOs, Tea Party, Just Sayin' | 1 feedback »
I've been thinking about making this post for a long time, but have never been able to put it all into words. It's something I need to do.
This article has helped to focus and solidify my thoughts and intuitions on the subject of Paulians, Jonesians, Truthers and other assorted ... "right-wing" idiots.

The 9/11 Truthers have been around since, well, 9/11. Although the ranks of the truthers encompass mostly liberals and progressives, the lefty truthers don't rankle me as much as the so-called conservative truthers. The only thing that infuriates me more than a left-wing moonbat is a right-wing moonbat. I fully expect left-wingers to act stupidly and speak stupidly and believe stupid; that's their job, that's what they do. But when someone that claims to be a conservative starts reciting the "inside job" mantra, it makes me want to find the nearest Obamabot and thank them for being honest in their blatant, mindless servitude to the Reader-Of-Teleprompters.
The furor over the recent jihad attack in Texas has brought out, once again, the call for 'moderate' muslims to separate themselves from the usurpers of their 'religion of peace', to denounce the demons within their community and prove they don't believe that islam is about murdering the unbelievers. I make that call myself ... I challenge you muslims that insist I not lump you in with the jihadiis to give me some reason to trust you.
I have to do the same. I have to separate myself from the screeching loonies that hide amongst the conservative groups of which I consider myself a part. It's time for all conservatives to weed our garden, to throw out the bad apples, to look the beans¹.
Example: Being of long hair and beard, and owner of a '78 shovelhead I have spent many hours in the company of people called Bikers. Once upon a time, I was with a group of bikers in a restaurant when the table next to us was occupied by three black men. One member of our group began making loud racist remarks that clearly intimidated the men at the next table. Knowing that he was the only racist in our ranks, we informed them that if they felt it necessary to kick his ass, we would not only refuse to help him, we would sell tickets.
So, from this day forward when I'm participating in a Tea Party or any other conservative protest, rally, march etc., I will no longer tolerate the presence of Ron Paulians or Alex Jonesians waving their truther signs, infowars signs or preaching their conspiracy theory crap. I will not lend credence to 'peace veterans' or any 'veterans against war'.
Therefore, to all the right-wing moonbats I publicly declare:
I've seen too many RonPaul/Infowars signs mixed in with the signs of anti-war, anti-Bush, anti-America, anti-capitalism socialists.
I don't care to debate with you. I won't listen to your spiel. I will not take nor read your literature. Stay away from me, stay away from my wife. If you show up at an event that I organize, you will be removed.
I know that some of you read this website on occasion. If I have insulted you or angered you with these words - to the point that you refuse to ever come back:
¹ - "Look the Beans". Where I'm from, beans come dried in a bag. Not a can. Before you cook the beans you have to sift through them (look at them) to find all the worm-holed beans, chunks of dirt and pebbles.

America's Politically Correct Chickens Coming Home to Roost
» Our Brain Dead Country
A Muslim fanatic with an Internet site praising Islamic suicide bombers as defenders of their comrades is a Major in the U.S. Army with access to military intelligence and lethal weaponry ... But despite his identification with America’s enemies, the army kept him in its officer corps. How in God’s name was this possible?
...
We have a vast internal threat in this country in the form of this unholy alliance between the anti-American Left and radical Islam – whose Muslim Brotherhood network extends through our universities, our government and our military. It is “politically incorrect” to recognize this fact
» Forsmark Got It Right – And It’s Not Just Olbermann
This “Don’t piss off the Muslims” psychosis ... isn’t just confined to Olbermann or his pal Chris Matthews or any of the rest of the cowardly cable pundits who like to pin-stick easy targets (Rep. Michelle Bachmanns’s Republican Moms.) It’s EVERYWHERE, in most or not all of the accounts of the massacre I read today, and it is just one more sign of our almost total acquiescence to the The Religion Of Death.
...
“Motive remains unclear….”
Are you kidding me? How about growing up, citizens of America! Because it’s going to happen again. And again. How we deal with it will directly affect our survival as a nation.
» Mark Steyn: Shooter exposes hole in U.S. terror strategy
ABC's Martha Raddatz's only observation on his name was that "as for the suspect, Nadal Hasan, as one officer's wife told me, 'I wish his name was Smith.'"
What a strange reaction. I suppose what she means is that, if his name were Smith, we could all retreat back into the same comforting illusions that allowed the bureaucracy to advance Nidal Malik Hasan to major and into the heart of Fort Hood while ignoring everything that mattered about the essence of this man.
» Memo to ABC: There's a Reason He's Not Called Smith
Diane Sawyer ... was dreadfully upset that the mass murderer from Fort Hood was not named Smith. One can only imagine how thrilled she'd have been had he been named something like, oh I don't know, Palin.
...
what appears to have gone wrong is that a poster child for every wrong headed politically correct liberal program our great military has been forced to accept blew a gasket and took 13 un-armed American soldiers out. Predictably blew a gasket I might add.
...
this well paid U.S. Army Major held some beliefs strangely coincident with the very people that most U.S. Army Majors are fighting against. Call me old fashioned, but I prefer the idea that sympathy with the enemy is called "treason" rather than the modern touchy feely idea that it is simply a "healthy diversity."
There is a crazy man in Iran who has a trail of hate and threatens to blow Israel off the map in the name of Allahu Akbar (while everyone pretends not to hear him). His name is Ahmadinejad and he is not even a psychiatrist.
The Jihadis will return.
Thanks in large part to the weakening of our defensive efforts under the new administration, there will be further attacks against this country's population, perhaps even worse than those of 9/11.
...
When it comes ... people will want answers and action. They will get both. Few things move faster than a frightened politician, particularly a politician frightened by his own constituents. Fearful pols will see to it that current efforts to undermine American security will come to an abrupt halt.
...
The myth concerning the left and the terror conflict asserts that American leftists pulled together with the rest of the country until such Republican Saurons as Cheney, Rove, Ashcroft, and their puppet W simply went too far: persecuting innocent citizens, impugning the Constitutional rights of the poor Jihadis, and shocking the world with their viciousness and brutality. As the sole exemplars of moral purity in the millennial world, the left had no choice but to begin "speaking truth to power".My own experience suggests otherwise. Within days of 9/11 ... I began receiving copy ... suggesting that the terrorists ... were poor, misunderstood victims in need of therapy. That there was far more to the event than appeared -- one short piece contained the first suggestion I saw of what was to become known as the "Truther" movement ... But much of the left decided the better part of valor lay in keeping their mouths shut -- courage is not a widely-displayed trait in that crowd either.
...
There is only one way this will end: people are going to die. Americans will be killed in large numbers and under the most horrifying circumstances in attacks that could very likely have been prevented. And when this occurs -- as it must -- what will the left do? The same as they did after 9/11. Grab a kid-size American flag from somebody else's hand and stand waving it frantically until the moment of potential retribution is safely past.
...
Understanding the limitations of human nature, conservatives have a tendency to hand out second chances whether deserved or not. This is commendable under most circumstances, but not these, not when lives are at stake. We yank drunk drivers out of cars; we must also yank leftists out of the public sphere.

Who is Answering the Call

In previous posts I have relayed mine and my wife's experiences and travels to D.C. for the 9/12 March and again on Nov 5 to answer the call for support by Michelle Bachman. I've also included links to fellow bloggers who have also answered those same calls.
Let's take it a step further. I want to introduce you to a North Carolina family that never fails to answer.
Rick and Liz Smith of Yanceyville, N.C.
I've gotten to know the Smiths this year because every Tea Party I've been to, every townhall, every protest and every rally ... they have been there. While many people I talked to this week about going to D.C. on Nov 5 provided every excuse in the world for not being able to go, the Smiths were there.
Not only then, but today November 7, while I'm sitting at home typing on my computer, the Smiths are in D.C. ... again.
Why, (since I'm remarking about it) is this so remarkable?
Rick and Liz own and operate Yoder's Country Market. It's a family owned, family run business. A business that has to be closed when the family is out of town. Rick and Liz always take their kids with them .... all 8 of them.
Is that not remarkable? While others I know provided excuses like "got to pick up a free phone", Rick closed his store and hauled a family of 10 to D.C. to be counted among the Americans that answer the call.
There's more I could tell you about Rick and Liz, but for now I'll just say that I intend to help support my fellow patriots: Yoder's Country Market is online.
Go. Find something you need and buy it. Support America by supporting those that stand up for her.
By the way, Rick is a Marine veteran.
