A federal judge ruled against the Council on American-Islamic Relations today in its lawsuit against a father and son who carried out a six-month undercover investigation of the D.C.-based Muslim group, denying a request to conduct discovery ? an examination of its opponent's witnesses, facts and documents ? prior to hearing a motion to dismiss the case.
CAIR is suing P. David Gaubatz and his son, Chris Gaubatz, for allegedly stealing sensitive internal documents and making recordings of officials without consent. Chris Gaubatz, who posed as a Muslim in an internship with CAIR's national office in Washington, took some 12,000 pages of documents destined for a shredder in an attempt, he said, to expose the group's ties to Islamic jihad and terrorism. His father is a former Air Force special agent with extensive Middle East experience who researches the spread of radical Islam in the U.S. and its threat to national security.

Well yea, I reckon so.

If they're going to do this right, this Barby will have to be a lot more anatomically correct that any of her predecessors. If little muslim girls are to play with dolls that represent them and the world they're growing up in, then Barby's gonna need the sliced-and-diced, mutilated genitalia.
The box is gonna hafta have a warning label to the effect that Barby aint allowed out of the toy box as long as any other dolls are around, and not without being accompanied by her spouse-master Ken doll.
Ken's gonna need some changes too. Start with a hood or mask, then add the suicide belt, the AK47 and a big stick to beat Barby with - just in case she gets sassy. Mizewail toss in a bag of rocks in case ole Ken feels the need to stone her to death.
Oh! and dont forget the forehead callous-bump that comes from bopping their little faces on the floor five times a day.

What is the natural, logical, common-sense conclusion that can be made? Allow me to highlite a few keywords and key phrases:
... 18 e-mails were exchanged between Maj. Nidal Malik Hasan and Anwar al-Awlaki, who encouraged Muslims to kill U.S. troops in Iraq, from Dec. 2008 until June of this year.
Other e-mails ... included discussion of when jihad is considered "appropriate," and if it is acceptable for innocent people to die in suicide attacks.
"Hasan told Awlaki he couldn't wait to join him in the discussions they would having over non-alcoholic wine in the afterlife
Investigators have found the Army major donated as much as $30,000 per year to Islamic "charities." American authorities have found several such charities to be conduits to terrorist networks.
One conclusion that should be immediately evident is that this SOB is just as guilty of the murder of soldiers at Ft. Hood as the SOB that pulled the trigger.
The next logical conclusion, at least for me, is that a muslim that's acting like a jihadi, talking like a jihadi, communicating with jihadii ... is probably gonna go jihad. And in a case like this Hasan-hole, if anyone had been doing their job, been vigilant, been able to identify a spade as a spade and not refer to it as a shovel, been in possession of some politically incorrect nads - perhaps only one ex-American soldier would be dead.
But after decades of hard, bitter lessons taught by muslims, we still

do we? We are still too worried about offending somebody. We still want to wait until we're absolutely sure, proven positive by some pencil-neck that the duck's a duck before we can do whatever needs to be done with bad ducks.
Sen. Susan Collins, a Republican, questioned whether the government failed to connect dots about Hasan.
"We must better understand why law enforcement, intelligence agencies and our military personnel system may have failed in this case," Collins said.
Susan Collins is not a Republican. She's a despicable RINO and her feet stink. Real Republicans dont have to wonder those things. We know why.
We understand perfectly that law enforcement, intelligence agents and military have political-correctness blindfolds permanantly attached. Their rules and regulations dictate that they do exactly what was necessary to clear the way for Hasan to murder his own.
There is in this city, where I'm typing, a mosque in which imams are preaching the same "kill Americans" hype as the towel-head in the photo above. I know that. I also know that one of the seats in the North Carolina Senate (just 10 minutes from here) is occupied by the head of CAIR - a terrorist supporting islamic organization. But contrary to every instinct attributed to me (as a right-wing extremist) by Obama and his goons, I tolerate.
I ignore the dots - because connecting them will inevitably lead to a decision I'm not ready to make.
That's why Hasan was able to do what he did.
But at least, I'm not trying to find a more harmless patsy to pin my frustrations on, like:

I just received the latest email newsletter from ACT! for America, it contains a link to their online petition for a Formal Investigation
of the Council on American-Islamic Relations (CAIR).
I've already signed the petition, so I just want to pass it along with a couple of excerpts as follows:
We are GREATLY CONCERNED about past and ongoing activities by the Council on American-Islamic Relations (CAIR), and look to our U.S. Government to immediately commence a thorough investigation into the organization, including its leadership, affiliates and activities.
We REMIND our elected officials that CAIR has documented ties to the terrorist organization Hamas and that CAIR was named as an unindicted co-conspirator in the Holy Land Foundation trial (a trial that ended with guilty verdicts on 108 counts of funneling $12 million to Hamas).
Note the phrase "REMIND our elected officials", please. They used that phrase many times within the wording of the petition. I mention it because here in North Carolina, at least one of our elected officials needs no reminding of what CAIR is up to.
That's because our own NC Senator Larry Shaw is CAIR. Literally.

The newsletter provided some other informative background on the 'problem', such as:
In the new blockbuster book, Muslim Mafia, the authors give an account of how CAIR, working in tandem with a county police officer, helped scuttle a valuable counter-terrorism training program - and left the door wide open for a breach of a classified police database, putting all of us at risk!
Here is a point by point summary of the details from the book that should shock you and make your blood boil!
1. The Fairfax County (Virginia) Police Department (FCPD) had a training contract for its officers with the Higgins Center for Counter Terrorism Research, which it maintained for several years without complaint.
2. Then, at least two Muslim officers on the force complained about the program - one of them a sergeant named Mohammad Rasool.
3. CAIR complained as well, claiming the program portrayed Islam in a "bad light." In fact, CAIR officials had at least two phone conversations to complain about the program with the FCPD's Chief, David Rohrer.
4. In 2006, the FCPD canceled the counter-terrorism training program.
5. Also that year, Chief Rohrer spoke at CAIR's annual fundraising dinner, where he said, "Let us choose tolerance over intolerance, acceptance over prejudice, and understanding over ignorance."
6. Unbeknownst to Rohrer, Rasool was combing through a classified federal police database. Why? Because a fellow Muslim told Rasool he thought he was under surveillance. Rasool's search through the classified database confirmed that the fellow Muslim was under surveillance. Rasool then tipped him off.
7. When agents went to arrest Rasool's friend, they found him destroying evidence. Knowing they had a mole, agents worked backward and discovered it was Rasool.
8. The very counter-terrorism training program CAIR and the two Muslim officers complained about, and Chief Rohrer canceled, was in part designed to help prevent what Rasool did!
In other words, this was a case, not of the "fox guarding the henhouse," but the "fox" (Rasool and CAIR) telling the "farmer" (Chief Rohrer) that the "henhouse" shouldn't be guarded - because doing so would offend the fox!
This is just ONE example of how government officials, intoxicated with political correctness, have been duped by CAIR.
Yet many in Congress and the media continue to support and defend CAIR!
Larry Shaw is the ultimate henhouse fox and the stupid chickens refuse to recognize the farmers' bushy tail.

I'll be honest, ordinarily I wouldn't give a rodent's southside what goes on Sweden. But the national political suicide that is being practiced there is the result of the exact same PC, multicultural, diversity pap being shoved around by American liberals.

See? It's racist. The Swedes have allowed liberals to abuse the race card to the point that religion is a race now. Sorta like here, where it's racist to speak out against a communist.
One controversial claim in Åkesson's article is that Sweden has more rapes than any other country in Europe.
“Firstly, we in Sweden have an obvious legal definition of what is considered rape. That means that more cases in Sweden are tried and registered as rape than in many other countries. Secondly, we in Sweden began putting a lot of effort into registering all cases which could be suspected of being rape at a very early stage in the process, which means that we even count cases which later turn out to be some other sexually-related crime, no crime at all, et cetera.”
If you're a coward and horrid people commit a particular crime against you, it's easier to just redefine the crime than deal with it. So, some Swedes wish to argue about the definition of rape.
So, is Whoopi a Swedish name?

Radical Muslims are using our court system to try to silence those who expose their terrorist connections. They've done it in Europe and Canada - and now they're trying it here in America.
In the case of investigative reporter Joe Kaufman, they're not giving up - even though their case is completely bogus. After two years of defending Joe, we are now facing yet another challenge. I'm writing to you as a member of the Freedom Center to ask you to help pay for Joe's defense.
Seven Muslim groups claim that Joe is a threat. They convinced a court that Joe "intends to threaten to take unlawful action...cause bodily injury...or threaten Plaintiffs or their members with immediate bodily injury." On those grounds the court imposed a restraining order on him. And they sued Joe for defamation to stop him from writing about Muslims in the future and to close down his websites.
Joe reports and writes for my website FrontPage Magazine and for his own websites. He has never threatened a Muslim in his life. But he has exposed facts they want to hide. The reason Joe Kaufman is being targeted by these Muslim groups is that he monitors web sites run by Muslim charitable organizations, and he has identified money trails leading from some of these groups to terrorist organizations such as Hamas and Hezbollah.
We have been defending Joe from this lawsuit since 2007 - thanks to the financial support we've received from o ur members. And we thought we'd won when in June the Texas Court of Appeals finally threw out the lawsuit, ruling that the case had no merit to continue. But our victory celebration didn't last long. The Islamic groups involved have petitioned the Texas Supreme Court to review the case! Why do they keep this absurd case going? For one reason: If they can defeat Joe Kaufman in court, radical Muslims will know they can stop anyone from investigating and writing about any Muslim groups and individuals.
This is a case of national importance. Radical Muslims are watching it carefully. They have seemingly unlimited funds to keep fighting as long as they have a hope. We need to keep fighting back. We cannot let these groups succeed. This is why I am urgently asking you to help the Freedom Center pay for the legal bills incurred in Joe's defense and to cover this latest development. Joe Kaufman has no money to spend on his defense. He has made a career of investigative journalism focusing on terrorism - something the mainstream media doesn't want to touch with a ten-foot pole, and therefore not a high-paying profession. He needs our help.
A victory by the Muslim groups would be the first step in silencing all of us. This is a free speech issue and nothing more: Joe has not lied about, threatened, or touched any of the Muslims who are suing him, or any other Muslims for that matter. He simply reported the truth, and for that these groups are doing their best to silence him - and to intimidate the rest of us. The lawsuit against Joe Kaufman is part of a strategy by these Muslim groups to bully us into silence. That's why we cannot let them win.

But they're non-violent. They're moderate. They're legal and all, ya know?
All they advocate is a moderate overthrow of our Constitutional Republic, and a non-violent replacement of rule of law with the rule of Shari'a.
So what's the big deal? It's not like we're using the Constitution anymore; and the Islamic plans for disposal of liberty and freedom are not so very dissimilar to those of the dhimmicrats in charge.
