Remember when a Hillary Presidency scared the daylights out of you?
Obama destroyed the Clinton Political Machine, driving a stake thru the Heart of Hillary's Presidential aspirations - something no Republican was ever able to do.
He killed off the Kennedy Dynasty - No more Kennedys trolling Washington looking for booze and women wanting rides home. American women and freedom are safer tonight!
He is destroying the Democratic Party before our eyes!
Dennis Moore had never lost a race - quit
Evan Bayh had never lost a race - quit
Byron Dorgan - had never lost a race - quit
Harry Reid - bid for re-election doesn't look good
These are just a handful of the Democrats whose political careers Obama has destroyed, by the end of 2010 dozens more will be!
In December of 2008 the Democrats were on the rise. In the last two election cycles they had picked up 14 senate seats and 52 house seats. The press was touting the death of the Conservative Movement and the Republican Party.
In one year Obama put a stop to all of this and will probably give the House, if not the Senate back to the Republicans.
He has completely exposed liberals and progressives for what they are.
Every generation seems to need to relearn the lesson on why they should never actually put liberals in charge. He is bringing home the lesson very well!
Liberals tax, borrow and spend - check
Liberals won't bring themselves to protect America - check
Liberals want to take over the economy - check
Liberals think they know what is best for everyone - check
Liberals aren't happy till they are running YOUR life - check
He has brought more Americans back to conservatism than anyone since Reagan.
In one year he rejuvenated the Conservative Movement and brought out to the streets millions of Freedom Loving Americans. Name me one other time in your life that you saw your friends and neighbors this interested in taking back America !
In all honesty, one year ago I was more afraid than I had ever been in my life. Not of the economy, but of the direction our country was going. I thought Americans had forgotten what this country was all about. My neighbors, friends, strangers proved to me that my lack of confidence of the greatness and wisdom of the American people was flat out wrong.
When the American People wake up, no smooth talking teleprompter reader can fool them!
Obama woke up these Great Americans.

So, Lets Recap "2009".........what a year!, would you not agree?
1. The American people inaugurate a half-Arab president with a total of 142 days experience as a US Senator from the most politically corrupt state (city) in America whose governors have been ousted from office. The President's first official act is to order the closure of Gitmo and make sure terrorist’s civil rights are not violated. (Honest mistake?)
2. The U.S. Congress rushes to confirm a Attorney General, Eric Holder, whose law firm we later find out represents seventeen Gitmo Terrorists. (An honest mistake?)
3. The CIA Boss appointee, Leon Panetta, has absolutely no experience.
4. We got the second most corrupt American woman (Pelosi is #1) as Secretary of State; bought and paid for. (You can put lipstick on a pig, but it still stinks!)
5. We got a Tax Cheat for Treasury Secretary who did not properly file his own taxes for 12 years. (He misspoke!)
6. A Commerce Secretary nominee who withdrew due to corruption charges. (Another honest mistake?)
7. A Tax cheat nominee for Chief Performance Officer who withdrew under charges. (Hmmm...Another screw-up?)
8. A Labor Secretary nominee who withdrew under charges of unethical conduct. (Ok, maybe this person was just plain stupid.)
9. A Secretary HHS nominee (Daschle) who withdrew under charges of cheating on his taxes. (I'm running out of excuses for these idiots!!)
10. Multiple appointments of former lobbyists after an absolute campaign statement that no lobbyists would be appointed. (Dear God, I am getting a headache!)
All this occurred just during the first three weeks. . . But who's counting?
America is being run by the modern-day Three Stooges; Barry, Nancy and Harry and they are still trying to define stimulus..."it's spending!!!"
The congress passes the $800,000,000,000 (that's $800 billion) pork-loaded spending bill where the government gives you a smidgen of your tax dollars ($13 per week), making you feel so good about yourself [stimulated], that you want to run out to Wal-Mart and buy a new Chinese-made HDTV!
Here's the good news though - Obama took Air Force One to Denver to sign the stimulus package, wasting as much as 10,000 gallons of fuel OR 24 JOBS FOR ONE YEAR.
Obama went to the International Olympic Committee to have them choose Chicago for a host city - he failed
Obama went to Copenhagen to lecture them on global warming - he failed
Obama went to New Jersey to promote the Democratic candidate for governor -he failed
Obama went to Virginia to promote the Democratic candidate for governor - he failed
Obama went to Massachusetts to promote the Democratic candidate for senator - he failed
Obama has now been president for a full year and yet he & wife (first lady) Michelle, the Christian family they claim to be, have not attended church since the inauguration.
Obama is the 1st president in history who did not attend any Christmas religious observance. He must miss Reverend Wright!
And finally, he is the 1st president to remain on vacation after a terrorist attack ( Ft. Hood ).
Obviously this is not recently written because the list of Obama/dhimicrat screw-ups is incomplete. But who, really, could possibly keep that list up to date?
Constitutional Crisis : Watch or Fight?

Never before has a congress demonstrated such blatant disregard and contempt for our Constitution.
From House and Senate Cloakroom at Heritage Foundation:
It’s crunch time on health care. The Budget Committee will meet Monday to start marking up a shell of a Reconciliation Bill. The Rules Committee will then meet as early as Wednesday to hollow out whatever the Budget Committee passed and then insert a new bill from Speaker Nancy Pelosi’s (D-CA) office. The Majority is still planning to use the “Slaughter Rule” that would allow the House to pass the Senate health care bill without voting on it.
Rep. Louise Slaughter (D-NY) is preparing to pass the health care overhaul through the House of Representatives without a vote, as was originally reported by the National Journal's Congress Daily. Mark Tapscott observes that such a maneuver would be the penultimate refutation of the people's will.
In the Slaughter Solution, the rule would declare that the House "deems" the Senate version of Obamacare to have been passed by the House. House members would still have to vote on whether to accept the rule, but they would then be able to say they only voted for a rule, not for the bill itself.
Thus, Slaughter is preparing a rule that would consider the Senate bill "passed" once the House approves a corrections bill that would make changes. Democrats would thereby avoid a direct vote on the health care bill while allowing it to become law!

Every Bill which shall have passed the House of Representatives and the Senate, shall, before it become a Law, be presented to the President of the United States; If he approve he shall sign it, but if not he shall return it, with his Objections to that House in which it shall have originated, who shall enter the Objections at large on their Journal, and proceed to reconsider it. If after such Reconsideration two thirds of that House shall agree to pass the Bill, it shall be sent, together with the Objections, to the other House, by which it shall likewise be reconsidered, and if approved by two thirds of that House, it shall become a Law. This is one of the most exacting clauses in the Constitution.
And, to the best of my knowledge, which extends over three decades, no Congress has previously tried to institute policies without actual statutes.
Here we have the President of the United States and Congressional leaders actually talking about the possibility of a brazen and open violation of one of the most fundamental aspects of our Constitution and Republic! How we actually make laws!
Let me be as clear as I know how. If this is done, this will create the greatest Constitutional crisis since the Civil War. It would be 100 times worse than Watergate.

This is a crucial lesson for those of you who... aren't sure what your beliefs are, or if you have any beliefs. Or aren't sure if you even care. We have an effort underway by the one of the most powerful chairmen in Congress, the woman who heads the Rules Committee, ...openly discussing gutting Congress. Gutting Congress.
And if this is done, this is about as close to martial law as you'll ever get... So Louise Slaughter, a Representative from New York, is discussing, in essence, martial law. Now I can tell you, if they pursue this process, and try to impose this kind of a law, without actually passing a statute, that I will be in a race -- with scores of others -- to the courthouse to stop this.
I can't think of a more blatant violation of the U.S. Constitution than this. And the liberal media has essentially ignored it!
...It's not only absurd on its face -- that these power-hungry ideologues, party-first-country-second types, would make the claim that the House voted on something it never voted on... that's not only absurd on its face, it's blatantly unconstitutional!
Here's the question: What are you going to do?
Are you going to watch it happen or go fight?
Will you mind your own business while this vile congress pisses on your Constitution? Or will you fight?

There are those among us who would argue that we are in the midst of a second American revolution – a revolution to reject and discard conservative values and principles, our Constitution, and our freedoms. Those instigating the revolution, however, will not declare their full intentions until they are convinced that they have a virtual stranglehold on our country. To do otherwise, would be to awaken a sleeping giant.
And so, the time is now - for American conservatives and Tea Party patriots to awaken the giant. Yes, some successes are clearly visible, particularly in terms of recent election results and in the prospects for further election victories for conservatives in November. But mere voting will not suffice if we fail to address the complacency that allowed this cancerous revolution to grow in the first place. It exists not only in government, but more importantly, in our schools and our media. It is time to awaken America from its self-induced stupor of apathy. It is time for all freedom-loving Americans to pay attention to the world around them, to become better informed, and to take personal responsibility for maintaining our freedom.
We cannot afford to assume that good, honest people will guide our country as they have for the better part of 234 years. We cannot afford for people to turn off their listening to politics, whether it be for lack of understanding, lack of interest, or desire to avoid confrontation. We cannot afford to bypass voting in seemingly unimportant local and primary elections. We cannot afford a reliance upon ‘the other guy’ to serve in public roles or to be advocates for various issues. We cannot afford to blindly accept the biased drivel of liberal hacks in the media. And we cannot afford to allow the increasingly liberal influence in academia to destroy the learning and moral fiber of our children. We must understand what we believe in, take ownership for its manifestation and survival, and share information that furthers the success of that survival.
In writing frequently about the liberal hijacking of our present society, I am often puzzled by so many pundits who have tiptoed around the use of definable terms such as socialist, Marxist, communist, collectivist, etc. Even in the 2008 presidential primaries and general elections, the closest most candidates or pundits would get to defining Obama was the ‘s-word’. Is it some McCarthy-like phobia that prevents the application of an all-to-accurate label describing a left-winger’s ideology? We know that leftist political candidates shun the ‘liberal’ label – it’s a known negative connotation to the majority of Americans. More recently, many lefties such as Obama and Hillary have donned the ‘progressive’ label. And thanks to our friend, Glenn Beck, that will soon likely become a new curse for politicians.
But why has there been such a hesitancy use to the ‘communist’ and ‘Marxist’ labels? To their credit, Beck, Levin, and Rush flirt with both of these labels, but this video by Victoria Jackson leaves little doubt and is much more than a hoot – it’s a clarion call to all the sleepy-eyed, apathetic Americans who think the Obama/Pelosi/Reid triumvirate and all the socialist minions in Congress are a harmless, passing fad.
It’s also a wakeup call for all Democrats who let their party loyalty create such a blind spot that they can’t differentiate ‘Hopey/Changey’ slogans from Marxist ideology and who can’t recognize a communist when they’re spewing their propaganda right in front of them, lying through their teeth with every breath, and steadily, intentionally causing the collapse of our economy and freedoms.
Certainly, this video is not going to change minds on its own merit. One must also have been paying attention to the continual barrage of Obama’s Marxist messages/actions and his cadre of radical associates and influences. Consider the following:
- The manifestation of Obama’s collectivist doctrine of transformation in our schools. Glenn Beck’s March 5th episode brought Obama’s tactics into clear focus. A champion of freedom does not belittle the knowledge and influence of the parents nor subjugate their role in raising children to that of the state.
- His infamous SEIU address where he reaches into his oratorical bag of tricks for what Harry Reid would likely describe as his ‘ghetto dialect’ – and proceeds to offer a freedom-threatening, narcissistic message to his following of union goons on how he will overthrow this country.
- His pre-election proclamation that we are “five days away from fundamentally transforming America”. It was not a promise of fighting for freedom and opportunity – it was a threat of chains and control.
- His insistence to undertake unfathomable debt – debt that no reasonable person would ever mimic in their personal finances and debt to which only a person who is hell-bent on collapsing our economy would aspire.
- His insistence to urgently pass a massive ‘stimulus’ bill that to this date remains largely unspent and exists as a convenient slush fund for his pet projects and ‘negotiations’/bribes.
- His desire to reduce our nuclear defenses and to remove defensive shields in eastern Europe.
- His gracious, unapologetic acceptance of a book from avowed Marxist Hugo Chavez – a true patriotic leader would have simply said “No thank you.” and turned away.
- Apologizing for America’s successes, our Exceptionalism, and our foundation of Christianity.
- Lying to shun the use of a 51-vote majority – except when it’s convenient to pass healthcare legislation that the majority of the country opposes – to call it democracy in action, but conveniently forgetting that we are not just a democracy, but a democratic republic. He refuses to acknowledge the majority opposition in this country to his proposal to destroy healthcare and grow the government.
- His appointments of numerous communists and extreme leftists to his administration.
- His preference in school to associate with the Marxist professors.
- His mentoring by communist Frank Marshall Davis and his association with such societal deviates, radicals, and criminals such as William Ayers, Jeremiah Wright, Rashid Khalidi, and Tony Rezko.
True to his history, beliefs, and associations, Obama has left a trail of Marxist stains at every turn in his presidency. And to that minority of people who actually recognize and subscribe to the radical transformation that this president is attempting to impose upon us, be aware that those of us who cherish our country, our freedoms, and our Constitution are prepared to defend them with every ounce of energy and commitment that we can muster. But we must act with determination now. This is not a mere contest of ideologies nor of compatible belief systems that can survive through bipartisanship – rather, this is a battle for the survival and control of our nation. And make no mistake about it, we will defeat whosoever gets in the way – one way or another.

It is the first widespread violence in decades. The current government is pro-American, but Odinga wants to overthrow it and establish Muslim Sharia law. This is an election year for Congress. Make sure you're registered and ready. If we are to have a chance to restore this country to any sort of order, it must be now. In 2 more years, there will be nothing left to restore. Let's remind everyone in Washington and all of Obama's banking cronies that "Paybacks are Hell". Every politician that helped put this lying bum in office needs to feel the heat!!

Breitbart has compiled a single video from 8 different instances in which Obama made the campaign promise that the Health Care debate would be televised via CSPAN, that all deliberation would be done in the open - no secret meetings, no closed doors.
The CSPAN lie was one part of Obama's so-called 'transparency' campaign hype. Making promises for others to fulfill, promises of which he never had any hope or intention of keeping. Promises that were nothing more than rhetoric.
52% of voters fell for it.

During your first year in office you have schlepped along as the caboose in the socialist rumba of the dhimmicrat party, following the Reid lead, ignoring the ever frequent tap, tap, tap on the shoulder from the ever patient constituents who have tried and tried to break in on the dance to get a few steps with you.
We the People have written you letters, called your phones, protested at your offices, and marched in the streets of North Carolina and Washington trying to tell you that we don't want the socialism you keep voting for.
You are not listening. You're too busy trying to get on the front porch of the Obama Joker Club House. Well, Kay, now that you've signed onto and helped pass the most unconstitutional legislation ever, the Socialist Hellth Scare Bull, you have finally earned your grease paint.

You will recall that, shortly before the end of the 2008 political campaign, the White House announced a threat to the entire financial system and called on Congress to enact emergency spending powers. The Emergency Economic Stabilization Act of 2008 was enacted on October 3, 2008.
Just eighteen days earlier an event occurred that slid under the radar screen of virtually the entire mainstream media. On Thursday, September 15, 2008, at approximately 11 A.M., the Federal Reserve noticed a tremendous draw down of money market accounts in the nation, amounting to $550 billion dollars. It occurred within an hour or two. The money was removed electronically.
It has never been made public which accounts were affected, nor where the withdrawn funds were sent. If we knew those facts, we would know who launched an attack on the United States that has been more devastating than any in our history.
A Man-Made Financial Disaster
Had the Federal Reserve not closed down the accounts involved it is estimated that by 2 P.M. $5.5 trillion would have been withdrawn and the entire economy of the nation would have collapsed. It would have been followed within a day with the collapse of the world’s economy.

He has been called "extreme" by some. But to others, he's beyond
extreme... he's a "Radical's Radical."
Whatever he is, he could become President Obama's next choice for the
federal judiciary.
This radical is Judge David Hamilton, and he's been nominated for a
position on the Seventh Circuit Court of Appeals.
Hamilton has made many political enemies on the right, seeing that
his politics are to the far left of the political spectrum. Oh yes,
judges aren't supposed to be political, but this one has engaged in
quite a bit of leftist activism.
His biggest opponent on Capitol Hill is Senator Jeff Sessions of
Alabama, the ranking member of the Senate Judiciary Committee. Based
on his analysis of Hamilton, gun owners should be very concerned about
a judge who is all to willing to "amend the Constitution." According
to Senator Sessions:
Judge Hamilton stated in a 2003 speech that the role of a judge
includes writing footnotes to the Constitution: "Judge S. Hugh Dillin
of this court has said that part of our job here as judges is to write
a series of footnotes to the Constitution. We all do that every year
in cases large and small." In explaining this statement to Senator
Hatch, Judge Hamilton wrote that he believes the Framers intended
judges to amend the Constitution through evolving case law.
Of course, we have seen this pattern time and time again. Judges
ignore the clear wording of the Constitution -- in essence, amending
the Constitution through each new case they decide.
The courts then become the vehicle for rewriting the Second
Amendment!
Not surprisingly, Judge Hamilton's politics are to the extreme, far
left. He spent a brief stint as a fundraiser for ACORN, the
organization that was an aggressive supporter of Barack Obama in the
presidential election. In addition to all the evils surrounding ACORN
is the fact that the organization has lobbied against Second Amendment
rights -- as seen by the New Jersey chapter supporting a
one-gun-a-month ordinance in Jersey City.
Certainly any judicial nomination put forth by our anti-gun President
is suspect, but it's interesting to note who his chief backer is in
the U.S. Senate. It's none other than Senator Richard Lugar of
Indiana, who holds an "F" rating from Gun Owners of America.
Lugar has never failed to support one of Obama's anti-gun
nominations, as evidenced by his votes for Attorney General Eric
Holder, State Department lawyer Harold Koh, Supreme Court Justice
Sonia Sotomayor and the incredibly wacky Regulatory Czar Cass
Sunstein.
On policy questions, Senator Lugar is no better. To wit, he voted
against repealing the gun ban in Washington, DC this year.
Considering Hamilton's extreme track record, it's no wonder that
Senator Lugar -- in introducing Hamilton to his colleagues -- begged
his fellow Senators to ignore the judge's policy views. Lugar asked
them not to base their votes on "partisan considerations, much less on
how we hope or predict a given judicial nominee will 'vote' on
particular issues of public moment or controversy."
Instead, Lugar asked his colleagues "to evaluate judicial candidates
on whether they have the requisite intellect, experience, character
and temperament that Americans deserve from their judges...."
In other words, ignore Judge Hamilton's liberalism and just vote for
him because he's so smart and because he's such a nice guy!
Judge Hamilton's rulings have made a lot of enemies on the political
right, especially the one in Hinrichs v. Bosma where, according to a
November 3 editorial in The Washington Times, he "prohibited prayers
in the Indiana House of Representatives that expressly mentioned Jesus
Christ... yet he allowed prayers which mentioned Allah."
Gun owners have much to be concerned about, as well. Anytime a judge
who believes in rewriting the Constitution is elevated to sit as an
appellate judge, that's a scary thing -- especially given the fact
that most cases never reach the U.S. Supreme Court and are, thus,
decided at lower levels in the federal judiciary.

I don't appreciate his disdain for the Constitution.

Judiciary Committee show his lack of understanding regarding the
Second and Fourteenth Amendments. While Hamilton cannot ignore what
the Supreme Court said in DC v. Heller (2008), he refuses to admit
that the individual right to keep and bear arms applies anywhere
outside of Washington, D.C. -- instead, he just says he will rely on
evolving "case law developed in earlier incorporation cases."
Once again, evolving case law -- more often than not -- takes us away
from what the Constitution actually says.
Please vote NO on David Hamilton.
